Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package anytime through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges
✨ Our Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
✓ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
⚠️ Please note: For hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective.
📦 How to Return
- Contact us at lumhara.eu@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address (Spain or Belgium)
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at lumhara.eu@gmail.com. We'll arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.
